Personalising your piece
Yes, every ring can be personalised. Choose silver, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, a lab-grown or natural diamond, and the shape, carat and size you want. Send us the piece you like and what you'd change, and we'll come back with a quote.
Yes. Send us your details and a few reference pictures, whether that's a ring you've saved, a sketch or a feeling you can describe. We'll shape the design with you and quote it before anything is made.
Yes, and it's one of our favourite parts. We can set a small hidden stone inside the band, like the moonstone in our Emerald Solitaire, or spell initials in diamonds on a Morse Code Band. Tell us what you have in mind.
Anything that helps us see what you see: the piece you like (or pictures of it), your preferred diamond, shape and gold, a rough carat or budget if you have one, and your ring size if you know it. It's fine if you're not sure about some of it. We'll guide you.

Diamonds & materials
Both are real diamonds, with the same chemistry, hardness and sparkle. A natural diamond formed in the earth, and a lab-grown diamond was grown under controlled conditions. Lab-grown usually lets you go larger or finer for the same budget. We work with both, so you can choose what feels right.
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are certified by IGI and our natural diamonds by GIA. Both are independent gemological laboratories. The report states your stone's shape, carat, colour and clarity, and it comes with your piece.
The letter is the colour grade: D is completely colourless, and E and F are nearly so. The second part is clarity: VVS (very, very slightly included) and VS (very slightly included) both mean any inclusions are invisible to the eye.
Silver, 14K gold and 18K gold. The gold comes in yellow, white or rose. 14K is our everyday favourite because it's strong enough for prongs and pavé. 18K is richer in colour and a little softer.

Ordering & delivery
Send us a quote request through the site, message us on Instagram (@flora.diamonds) or book a video consultation. We'll confirm the diamond, the gold, the details and the price with you before we start making anything.
Every piece is made to your choice of diamond, gold and details, so the price depends on what you choose. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll send you a clear quote.
Usually two to three weeks, because every ring is personalised. If you need it sooner, for a proposal date for example, let us know and we can push production.
Yes, we deliver worldwide. We'll confirm the delivery details for your country with your quote.
FLORA is online only, so there's no showroom to visit. We're based in Prishtina, Kosovo, and we meet clients everywhere by video. Book a video consultation and we'll talk it through face to face.
In the FLORA box: deep petrol-blue with an ivory interior. Your piece is wrapped in tissue and sealed with our script F, and its certificate travels in a string-tie FLORA envelope.

Care & sizing
The most reliable way is to have your finger measured by a local jeweller. If you're not sure, tell us when you request a quote and we'll help you work it out.
Often, yes, depending on the ring. Plain bands are simpler. Pavé and patterned bands can be more involved. Get in touch with a photo of your ring and we'll advise you.
Soak it in warm water with a drop of mild soap, brush gently behind the stone with a soft toothbrush, then rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth. Take rings off for the gym, the pool and cleaning with chemicals.
